Required products :
1 small cabbage or 1/2 large
1 onion
3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons semolina
2-3 tablespoons parmesan (or other types of cheese)
salt, ground black pepper and oregano to taste
vegetable fat for frying
Method of preparation :
Cut the cabbage into large pieces and cook until soft. Then drain the liquid with a colander and chop the leaves finely. Add chopped onion, breadcrumbs, semolina, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs and spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. From the resulting mixture form meatballs, which are fried in hot oil on both sides to form an appetizing crust.
Serve with sour cream, yogurt or your favorite sauce.
