Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of chopped fresh cabbage
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • about 2 liters of water
  • salt, pepper
  • half a bunch of chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • juice of two lemons
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the cabbage and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the water and add some of the chopped coriander. Squeeze the lemons, season with garlic cloves and reduce the heat. Cook the soup over low heat for 40 minutes and cool. Distribute portions, sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve.
