150 grams of sugar
3-4 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar or vanilla on the tip of a knife

For the cake batter:
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon sugar
100 milliliters of milk
100 milliliters of oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon flour
2-4 tablespoons cocoa powder
pinch of salt
vanilla to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour the sugar for the caramel layer in a suitable container, put on low heat until golden. Be careful not to burn out. Remove from the heat and leave.

Make the caramel sauce. Mix the cream with the sugar, beat, add the eggs and vanilla. Beat again with a mixer at high speed.

The cake mixture follows. Beat the egg with the sugar, add the milk and oil, then the flour with the baking powder, cocoa, a pinch of salt and vanilla to taste. Beat all products with the mixer on high speed.

Pour the sauce into the bowl with the cooled caramel. Then pour the cake batter in the middle. During baking, it will be distributed over the entire surface and will rise to the top.

Place the container in a water bath with the water covering 2/3 of the height of the form.

Bake the dessert in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

When the cake is ready, wait for it to cool enough and put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours (preferably overnight).

Once removed from the refrigerator, turn over on a suitable flat dish and serve. You can arrange with walnuts.
