Necessary products

For the marshes:

250 grams of sour cream for breadcrumbs
150 grams of sugar for breadcrumbs
2 eggs for breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon baking soda
250 grams of flour - for white breadcrumbs
200 grams of flour + 50 grams of cocoa powder - for dark breadcrumbs

For cream:

1 teaspoon sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar

You can make a double dose of cream if you choose.

For the glaze:

50 grams butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs together with the sugar and cream. Sift the flour together with the soda, combine this for the dark loaf with the cocoa. Make white and dark dough.
Bake the tops in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes (grease the form with oil and sprinkle with flour).
When the finished countertops have cooled, cut horizontally in two each.

Make a cream by whipping the cream with the sugar and "assemble" the cake, alternating dark and light tops and applying cream between them.

The glaze.
Put the butter in a suitable container and place on the stove. Add cocoa, milk and sugar. Let the mixture stay on the fire until it boils, stirring constantly. Then immediately remove and wait for the glaze to thicken slightly. Pour it over the cake, which you put in the fridge for a few hours.
