Required products :

  • 100 grams of cocoa
  • 350 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 450 grams of sugar
  • 350 grams of soft butter
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 5 drops of black gel paint

  • 500 grams of soft butter
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons blueberry essence
  • 4 drops of purple confectionery gel paint
  • 4 drops of pink confectionery gel paint

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Spray a tray measuring 36 by 20 cm with cooking spray or grease it. Cover it with baking paper.

In a bowl, place the cocoa, flour, salt, baking soda and sugar. Stir briefly until all dry ingredients are mixed. Add the soft butter and mix with a mixer until crumbs form.

Then add the milk and the black confectionery paint, add the eggs and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pick up the dough that has separated on the walls of the bowl and mix again for 20 seconds.

Pour the dough into the prepared pan and flatten. Bake for 45 minutes until dry.

Once the marshmallow is baked and cooled to room temperature, store it in the refrigerator for 4 hours - it will become very easy to cut. Cut it into 3 rectangular pieces.

Prepare the cream by putting the soft butter in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes until white. Add half the powdered sugar and stir again at high speed until combined, then add the remaining sugar and continue to mix until completely absorbed - about 10 minutes. You should get a light and airy texture.

Add the milk, essence and 4 drops of pink paint. Mix again until a uniform color is obtained. Transfer half of the cream to a bag and color the rest with purple paint, then stir again.

Put the purple mixture in another bag.

 

Take a plate or plate in which to serve the cake. Spread a little of one cream on the tray, put the first loaf on top so that it sticks and your cake becomes stable. Form different roses of cream on top, sprinkle with colorful sticks. Put the next tray and repeat the procedure. So assemble the whole cake.
