Necessary products:

 

  • 4 eggs, separated from the yolks and whites
  • 200 grams of natural chocolate
  • 150 grams of soft butter
  • 100 grams of ground almonds
  • 8 grams of natural cocoa powder
  • 2 grams of salt
  • 5 milliliters of almond extract
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 3 or 4 peeled and cleaned pears

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grease a cake tin or cover it with a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 180 degrees,
Mix chocolate with butter, stir and add egg yolks one by one. Add cocoa, almonds, salt and almond extract. Mix until homogeneous.

 

Beat the egg whites and sugar with a mixer until you get hard snow and carefully add it to the chocolate mixture.

 

Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth. Cut the pears in half and make half cuts on the surface of each.

 

Garnish the dessert with them and bake for 40 minutes.

 

Cool completely and refrigerate for two hours. Cut, serve and enjoy. Optionally, garnish with a ball of ice cream, honey or powdered sugar.
