Necessary products:

200 grams of flour

3 eggs

200 grams of green peas

200 grams of carrots

15 grams of baking powder

100 ml of milk

1 head of shallots

100 ml of olive oil

Method of preparation:

Boil the peas for 5 minutes in salted water and drain. Cut the carrots into cubes, do the same with them. Lightly fry the onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil, add the peas, carrots and leave on the stove for 2 minutes.

Beat the eggs, add the flour sifted with baking powder, the remaining olive oil, milk and a pinch of salt (not stopping to beat all the time). Then add the vegetables to the mixture and mix well.

Wet baking paper, squeeze it well, put it in a pan and pour the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50-55 minutes.
