Required products :
250 grams of flour
125 grams of butter
1 egg
60 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
For the stuffing:
100 grams of pitted dates
100 grams of dried apricots
100 grams of walnuts
For topping:
250 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 20%
100 grams of sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method of preparation :
Grind the flour and butter with your hands. Mix the egg with the sugar, add the cream in which you previously put the soda.
Pour the mixture over the flour and knead a soft dough. Distribute it with your hands on the bottom and walls of a suitable shape. To make it easier for you, wet your hands with cold water or grease with oil.
Put the dish in the refrigerator. While the dough cools, prepare the filling and topping.
Cut the dried fruits and nuts and mix them.
For the topping: pour the cream into a suitable bowl, add the remaining products and beat well with a wire whisk.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Spread the filling on its surface and cover with the filling.
Place in a preheated 230 degree oven, close it and reduce to 200 degrees. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
