  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 grams of honey

  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 50 grams of high-fat liquid cream

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs and sugar, fry the walnuts in a pan without fat, remove the shell and grind them.

Melt the honey and add the eggs and nuts. Then, stirring, pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and add the cocoa to one. Store both doses in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Bake four thin loaves in a preheated 200 degree oven. Allow them to cool on a towel, while melting the cream honey, pour the sugar and starch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of cold water. Followed by egg yolks (pre-mixed) and a little cream.

Place the remaining vanilla cream on the hob. When it boils, pour the honey-egg combination, stirring constantly.

Boil the cream until thickened (without stopping to stir) over low heat. Once removed from the heat, cool and strain through a sieve.

Dilute the cognac with water in a ratio of 1: 1 and pour the liquid over the countertops. Smear them with cream and arrange them on top of each other.
