Required products :
For swamps:
100 grams of butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons baking soda (quicklime)
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa
3 - 4 tablespoons fresh milk
3 - 4 tea cups flour
For the cream:
200 grams of condensed milk
0.5 teaspoon fresh milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
200 grams of butter
For the glaze:
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons butter
Method of preparation :
The dough
Mix the butter, sugar, honey and put them in a water bath. The butter and honey must be melted. Beat the eggs, add them to the sweet butter, pour in the milk and heat until smooth and until the sugar is completely melted. Add the soda and stir. About 5 - 7 minutes then remove the pan from the heat.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the oil combination and knead a dough that should not stick to your hands. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes. When you take it out, divide it into 7 equal parts and bake them. They are baked until golden brown in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
The cream
Mix condensed milk and milk, egg and stir until smooth. Then carefully and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly (there should be no lumps). Put the pan on low heat and heat the mixture, stirring until thickened, but do not allow to boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Beat the softened butter (at room temperature) and without stirring, add to the resulting cream.
Spread the marshmallows with the prepared cream, stack them on top of each other and put them in the fridge.
The glaze
Mix the cocoa and sugar, pour in the water and stir. Put the mixture on the stove, stirring gradually and gently, until smooth and then thickened. The density should be like melted chocolate. Usually 2-3 minutes of cooking are enough, after the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add the butter to the hot chocolate mass and stir. The glaze is ready.
Take the cake out of the fridge, spread the icing on the surface and sides and you can now taste your work :).
