Method of preparation :
Grease a large pudding tin (cake tin) with butter and line the base with baking paper.
For the topping, combine 75 grams of sugar with the juice of 1 lemon and the pulp of the 2 passion fruit, pour on the bottom of a pan.
For the cake, combine the sugar with the flour, golden syrup, baking powder, eggs and fruit pulp, add a pinch of salt and lemon zest, mix with a mixer for one minute.
Pour the dough into the pan carefully, without mixing the topping and the dough. Flatten and cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours at 180 degrees.
