Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of sugar, powder
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of chocolate, dark
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 500 grams of finely ground walnuts
  • 8 eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Divide the egg whites and yolks into two bowls. Beat the egg whites on hard snow with a mixer. Combine the butter with the sugar, stir and add the yolks one by one. Add the cocoa, stir and set aside half for the cream.

Add the ground walnuts to the first part of the cream, combine with the protein mixture and stir. Spread the mixture in a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Remove, allow to cool and cut the marsh into two pieces. Glue and smear them with cream. Decorate with grated chocolate and products of your choice. Cool, cut and serve.
