Necessary products

For the dough:

2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
125 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon olive oil

For the stuffing:

250 grams of mozzarella
150 grams of ricotta
100 grams of yellow cheese
150 grams of ham
1 tomato
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Then add the flour, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt to taste. Knead a firm dough, cover with a towel and leave for 3 hours in a warm place.

Make the filling.
Dice the ham, tomatoes and mozzarella. Mix them and add the ricotta, grated yellow cheese, basil and add ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

Divide the risen dough into 4 parts, roll each of them thinly in the form of a circle.

Spread the filling on one half of the dough, close with the other and pinch the edges. Arrange them in a pan that you have greased with oil, sprinkled with flour or covered with parchment.

Coat the surface with 1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Bake the pizzas in a preheated 210 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
