Learn how to cook "Caramelized hazelnut blocks with buckwheat honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
150 grams of hazelnuts
1 tea cup of buckwheat honey (or other optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
Method of preparation :
Roast the hazelnuts in a dry pan for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Their shell must crack.
Then pour them into a clean towel and shake. This will remove their coating.
Discard the skins and crush the nuts lightly.
Put the honey in a suitable container, place on the stove and add the sugar. Stir and heat the mixture until bubbles form.
Cool the sweet combination and repeat the heating procedure 2 more times.
Then add the hazelnuts, stir and leave everything on the stove for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour on foil sprayed with water, leave in a cool place.
All you have to do is break the dessert into pieces and enjoy it.
