Required products :

20 milliliters of olive oil

2 cloves garlic

300 - 350 grams of smoked breast or ham

200 milliliters of cream

4 egg yolks

80 grams of parmesan

Method of preparation :

Cut the breast or ham into small pieces, mash the garlic with a press. Heat olive oil in a suitable pan, put the garlic and leave on the stove for 1-2 minutes. Add the ham / breast and fry for 3-4 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the yolks and add the mixture to the meat. When everything boils, let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
