Necessary products for 6 people:

 

  • 500 grams of carrots
  • 500 milliliters of whole milk
  • 60 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cardamom seeds
  • 5 grams of cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons ground Indian cashews
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • coconut shavings for decoration

 

Method of preparation:


Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Put them in a saucepan, pour the milk and season with cardamom and cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes until the liquid is reduced.

Add sugar, cashews, raisins and mix until smooth. Pour everything into a rectangular baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate. Cut, serve, garnish with coconut shavings and enjoy the taste.
