The casserole with cauliflower and chicken is suitable for people who follow a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet. A serving contains about 450 calories, 30 grams of fat and 30 grams of protein, and carbohydrates are only 9 grams.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of chicken breast (fillet)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tea cream
  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated or ground in a robot (to acquire the size of rice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mix of dried spices - parsley, oregano, basil, Italian mix
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheddar

Method of preparation :

Dry the meat with kitchen paper and cut it into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the fat in a pan and fry the chicken in it until lightly browned - about 10-12 minutes.

Add the cream and scrape off the burnt pieces of meat that have stuck to the bottom of the dish.

Turn on the oven to heat to 165 degrees and grease the pan.

Pour the cauliflower rice into it, season it with salt, pepper and onion powder, add the dried and fresh spices.

Put the chicken on top and pour the cream from the pan.

Sprinkle over the entire surface with cheddar.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
