Required products :

  • 300 grams of cauliflower, cut into roses
  • 400 grams of canned chickpeas
  • 1/3 tea cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons white chia + 1/3 tea cup for rolling

for the sauce:

  • 130 grams of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini

Method of preparation :

Cauliflower, chickpeas, both types of coriander, onion, cumin, flour, baking powder, lemon peel, garlic and 2 tablespoons of seeds which grind in a food processor until a homogeneous mixture. Season to taste.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Line a baking tray with paper.

Whose seeds put in a bowl. Form balls of the mixture, roll them in a bowl, arrange in the pan and pour olive oil.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

For the sauce, combine all the products. Serve the cauliflower bites with the tahini sauce.
