Required products :
1 kg of cauliflower
1 large carrot
4 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oil / olive oil
1 head of garlic (you can use less if you prefer)
1 small sweet pepper
parsley
Method of preparation :
Wash the cauliflower and chop the inflorescences. Put them in boiling water for 15 - 20 minutes to soften a bit, then leave to cool.
Grate carrots in bulk, cut peppers into thin semicircles and parsley into small pieces.
Mix the vegetables, parsley, season with vinegar and oil (better warm it), add the garlic and leave the salad overnight to absorb all the flavors and aromas.
If you wish, you can use a ready mix of spices for carrots in Korean or others of your choice.
