How To Cook Cauliflower Rice Casserole, Eggs And Cheddar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cauliflower rice casserole, eggs and cheddar". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 8 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tea cups grated cheddar
  • 2 green onions cut into thin slices
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • hot sauce for serving

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Grate the cauliflower with a grater or grind it in a food processor. Transfer it to a pan.

Fry the bacon until crispy, drain the fat.

In a bowl, beat the milk, eggs, garlic and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the cauliflower in the pan with grated cheddar, sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Drizzle with the egg mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes until done.

Garnish with more green onions and pour a little hot chili sauce if desired.
