How To Cook Cheese Dough Pie With Cottage Cheese And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tea cups (with a capacity of 200 milliliters) wheat flour
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar and soda
  • 300 grams of hard yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons spices (Provencal are most suitable)
  • sesame seeds


Method of preparation :

Cut the butter into pieces, put them in a saucepan and melt over low heat without the fat boiling. Add sugar, salt, baking soda (not to be extinguished), then sifted flour, one egg and cottage cheese.

Knead the dough, divide it into two equal parts and put it in the fridge and take up the filling.

Grate the yellow cheese, mix it with the second egg, cream, crushed garlic and spices.

Spread half of the dough on the bottom and walls of the pan. Cover with the filling and close with the second part of the dough, pinching the edges of the two layers.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the pie for 35-40 minutes (until golden brown), and the oven temperature should be medium (180 degrees).
