Required products :

  • 250 grams of dough (ready-made, homemade or puff pastry)
  • 200 grams of cow's cheese
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • pepper
  • bunch green spices (parsley or dill)
  • marjoram tastes

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the dill or parsley, chop the garlic and pour over the mashed cheese. Add pepper and marjoram to taste, then beat the egg and pour over the remaining products. Mix thoroughly and add 2 tablespoons of cream (it should be with a fat content of about 20%) and stir again.

Roll out the dough so that the layer is about 3 millimeters thick. Spread the filling on the surface and roll a tight roll, which is cut into 8 parts (equally large).

Grease the bottom of the form with 1 tablespoon of butter and arrange the loaves tightly next to each other in the dish.

Mix the yolk with 1 tablespoon of butter and the same amount of sour cream, beat them and spread the bread.

Bake for about half an hour at an oven temperature of 170 degrees.
