How To Cook Chicken Bites With Walnuts, Cheese And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of chicken breast
250 grams of yellow cheese (can Parmesan)
1/2 tea cup walnuts
olives to taste
mayonnaise
1-2 cloves garlic - optional
1-2 bay leaves
parsley, dill and other green spices to taste and optional

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken breasts in salted water, in which put 1-2 bay leaves. Then cut them very finely or grind with a blender.

Grate the yellow cheese, chop the olives finely, chop the green spices, grind the walnuts and add 1-2 crushed garlic cloves to them if desired.

In a suitable bowl, mix the chicken with the yellow cheese, olives and green spices. Put mayonnaise or other favorite sauce to taste, determine the amount yourself, you should get a mixture from which you can form round thick bites.

Shape the balls, roll them in walnuts and arrange in a suitable flat dish. Garnish with olives and sprigs of green spices. In this case, you get interesting and very tasty toys for the Christmas tree, which will look great on the Christmas and New Year table.

Of course, the decoration is a matter of personal choice and imagination. You can grind the walnuts finely or break them into large pieces. An option is to replace the yellow cheese with Parmesan, which will make the appetizer even more festive.
