Learn how to cook "Chicken breast with beans, tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 piece chicken breast
3 teaspoons spice mix (salt, black and red pepper, cumin, garlic powder and more of your choice)
450 grams canned beans
50 grams yellow cheese to serve
1 tomato to serve
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into small pieces.

Sprinkle generously with spices.

Stir well and leave for 5-10 minutes so that the meat absorbs the aromas.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the breasts on one side until crusty. Then turn to the other side and let it fry until done. It's fast, so be careful not to get too dry. The exact time depends on the size of the pieces.

Since the beans are canned, you will only need to heat them. Pour it into a plate and put the chicken on it.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and add diced tomatoes.

An option is to serve the dish with sour cream, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh green spices.
Enjoy your meal!
