Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 chicken (about 900 grams)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1/3 tea cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 3 and 1/2 teaspoons water

Method of preparation :

Mix in a large saucepan the water, broth, meat, onion, celery and leeks and put the dish on medium heat. Bring the contents to a boil. Close the pan with a lid and let the chicken simmer for an hour. Then take it out on a plate to cool.

You should bone the meat, cut it into pieces. Beat the broth with a blender until smooth.

Melt the butter, pour in the flour and fry for a few minutes, stirring. Gradually add the cream. Close the pan with a lid and wait for the mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Put the meat and fry it for 15 minutes. Mix everything with the broth and heat until the soup thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
