Learn how to cook "Chicken cream soup with rice, pieces of meat and ginger". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 liter of chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

270 grams of cooked white rice

1 medium onion head

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

For the fried chicken pieces :

80 grams of boiled chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chicken fat, which collect from the broth

1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon grated ginger

a few "veiled" eggs

Method of preparation :

Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the pre-chopped onion until transparent. Season with salt and pepper. Then pour the chicken broth, add the rice and let the soup cook for 10-15 minutes until the rice is completely soft. Using a blender, grind until smooth.

Tear the cooked meat into small pieces. Heat the fat separated from the broth mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the chicken pieces, add salt and white pepper, let them cook for a few minutes until the liquid from the meat begins to evaporate and it becomes golden and crispy. Add the ginger and literally turn off the stove after a few seconds.

If your soup seems too thick, add a little more broth to dilute it.

Distribute it in suitable plates, put a "veiled" egg in each, sprinkle with pieces of chicken and white pepper.

Enjoy your meal!
