How To Cook Chicken Dough Rolls With Green Onions And Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tea cups shredded boiled chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bacon
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
  • 30 grams of butter

 

for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of salt
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 250 milliliters of warm water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare the dough by mixing the flour with the yeast and add salt, sugar and butter to the water. Combine the two mixtures and make a soft dough. Wait for it to rise and divide into portions.

Roll out a rectangular crust and in the middle put the chicken, green onions, bacon, mozzarella and spread the cream and mustard.

 

Roll up and cut lengthwise.

 

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the rolls on both sides for 2-3 minutes each. Arrange on a plate and serve.
