Cut the chicken into small cubes.

Add the grated garlic, salt, pepper and stir the sauce.
Pour the fillet cubes into a pan with the fat.

Then pour the cooked rice in a greased pan, spread the chicken, yellow cheese on the white grains and beat the eggs.
