How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Eggs And Rice In A Pan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1-2 chicken fillets
  • 150 grams of sour cream (or mayonnaise)
  • a pinch of dried basil
  • 1/3 bunch green onions
  • 1/3 bunch dill
  • 1/3 bunch parsley
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • black pepper, salt
  • oil or butter
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken into small cubes.

Add the green spices to the sour cream.

Add the grated garlic, salt, pepper and stir the sauce.

Pour the fillet cubes into a pan with the fat.

Add the aromatic cream and let the dish remain on the stove until the meat is ready.

Then pour the cooked rice in a greased pan, spread the chicken, yellow cheese on the white grains and beat the eggs.

Stir gently and fry on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
