Necessary products:

14 chicken legs (about 2 kg)

100 ml of maple syrup

1 lime

1 tbsp mustard seeds

1 tbsp grated ginger

oil to lubricate the dish

Method of preparation:

Make the marinade by mixing maple syrup, lime juice, mustard and ginger. Put the legs in it and leave for half an hour. Then arrange them in a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Periodically water the meat with the juice that separates. 5 minutes before the legs are ready, increase the temperature to 225 to get an appetizing crust. Serve with salad.
