Required products :
500 grams chicken liver
50 milliliters oil
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the livers, clean them of excess fat and skins, cut into two parts. Drain the liquid with a colander, dry them and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, add the flour and mix until smooth.
Then dip each liver in the egg breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil (for about 5-7 minutes).
Remove the finished on paper, which will absorb excess fat.
Serve the appetizer hot.
