How To Cook Chicken Rolls With Mushrooms In Milk Sauce With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • oil
  • milk
  • spices (or ready-made chicken seasoning)

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lemon (or use the same amount of vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • year, spring
  • 1 teaspoon ground bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken fillet and pound it thoroughly.

 

Make a marinade of mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices. Spread it on the meat and leave it for 30 minutes.

 

Cut the yellow cheese into small cubes, arrange them on the fillets, and add the mushrooms. Roll up rolls, which you fasten with toothpicks.

 

Fry them in a small amount of oil until golden brown on all sides.

 

Arrange them in a pan and pour the milk in which you have dissolved the spices.

Place the dish in the oven for 40 minutes.

Then remove the dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to bake for another 10 minutes.

 

For garnish you can serve rice or vegetables.
