Necessary products:

  • 2-3 liters of water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 soft tomato
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • 2-3 chicken legs 
  • 1 teaspoon crushed hot peppers
  • a few leaves of celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 handful of noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil

for construction:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - two tablespoons

Preparation:
Pour the water into a large saucepan and add salt. Wash the meat, cut it and add to the liquid. Bring to the boil and remove the foam. After boiling, strain the broth and debone the chicken and return it to the hob.

Finely chop the onion, potatoes, carrot, and tomato and pour over the soup. If necessary, add more salt and pepper. Bring the vegetables to a boil and add the noodles for 5 minutes before turning off the heat. Season with finely chopped cherries and parsley.

Stir and allow to cool, during which time make the build-up by beating the yolks with yogurt and flour - until homogeneous. Add a ladle of soup to it and stir once more. Pour the mixture in a thin stream into the pan and serve the dish warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley and chili.
