Chicken soup is a dish for which everyone has a favorite recipe. Here we present you another idea that you can try - with celery, peppers, carrots and many spices.

The ingredients are for 5 servings and cooking will take you about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let's start!

Required products :

  • 250 grams of chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tea cups finely chopped onion
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 4 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 1/2 cup noodles
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Put olive oil in a large saucepan and heat it over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, peppers, celery and carrots. Fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Pour the chicken broth, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the soy sauce and hot sauce. Stir well. Reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Add the spinach, noodles and chicken, cover the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve while warm. Enjoy your meal!
