How To Cook Chicken Soup With Rice, Potatoes And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken meat
  • 400 grams of melted cheese
  • 150 grams of rice
  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of carrots
  • 150 grams of old onions
  • salt, green spices, black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the fillet with three liters of water, add salt, pepper, cook the meat until cooked (about 20 minutes) and remove from the liquid.

Pour the rice into the boiling broth and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, and the meat - into large pieces.

Add the vegetables to the bowl with the rice broth, and 5-7 minutes later add the chicken. Cook until the potatoes are ready, then add the melted cheese and boil the pan from the heat.

Before serving the chicken soup, sprinkle it with fresh parsley or another preferred green spice.
