Soak the mushrooms for 5 minutes in hot water, first cutting them into equal sized pieces.
Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the onion and ginger. Add the soaked mushrooms, stir and a minute later add the pepper and soy sprouts.
Put the meat in the pan and when it turns white, add the broth, soy sauce, lemon juice and Sriracha sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes, then serve.
