How To Cook Chicken Soup With Two Types Of Mushrooms And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of Shimeji mushrooms
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • Hot water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large stalk of green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 100 grams of canned soybean sprouts
  • 1 yellow hot jalapeno pepper, cut into thin sticks
  • 200 grams of chicken breast, boiled and shredded
  • 4 teaspoons beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Soak the mushrooms for 5 minutes in hot water, first cutting them into equal sized pieces.

Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the onion and ginger. Add the soaked mushrooms, stir and a minute later add the pepper and soy sprouts.

Put the meat in the pan and when it turns white, add the broth, soy sauce, lemon juice and Sriracha sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes, then serve.
