Method of preparation:
Rinse the meat and dry it. In a bowl, mix the butter, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice and stir.
Spread the meat with the resulting mixture and arrange in a pan. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute the potatoes, peas and mushrooms - whole, add the asparagus, cut in half and stew for 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the vegetables to the pan.
Fry the flour, combine the fresh with the yogurt, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Dilute the stuffing and stir until the sauce thickens. Pour the dish with it, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, distribute portions and serve.
