Season the meat with salt and pepper. Add more thyme, cumin and paprika, rub the spices well into the meat.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and heat them. Fry the meat for 5-7 minutes on both sides until it acquires a golden crust. Transfer to a plate.
Return the pan to the hob. Add onion and green beans, salt. Fry until the onions are browned. Return the meat to the pan as well as the juices it has released on the plate. Pour 1 cup of broth and cook for 6-8 minutes, until the meat is ready.
Transfer the meat and vegetables to a plate using a slotted spoon. Mix the tahini with the remaining broth and lemon juice and pour into the pan. Stir and return the meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve with fresh lemon slices.
