Rub the chicken legs with salt and pepper and fry them over high heat in olive oil until a beautiful crust forms on their surface.
Arrange them in a greased pan.
In the same pan in which you fry the meat, put the peeled and sliced potatoes. Fry them until semi-finished, then put them in the pan at the legs.
Melt the butter in the pan, add the flour and fry over low heat. Pour the broth, cream, season with salt and pepper and after 2-3 minutes the sauce will be ready.
Put the spinach with the chicken and potatoes, pour the sauce and bake the dish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
