Required products :

  • 150 grams of chickpea flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 100 grams of tomatoes
  • 100 grams of peppers
  • 50-70 grams of red onions
  • 10 grams of parsley
  • 1-2 centimeters of ginger (4-8 grams)
  • 2-3 cm chili peppers (5 grams)
  • oil if necessary

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the chickpea flour with the turmeric, cumin, coriander and salt. Pour the water and beat so that there are no lumps. Leave the mixture for half an hour.

Finely chop parsley, red onion, tomatoes, peppers (sweet and hot), ginger peel and grate.

Pour the products together with the juice that was released during slicing into the chickpea mixture. Add extra salt if necessary.

Heat a suitable pan, with a brush apply a thin layer of fat on the bottom, on which distribute 4-5 tablespoons of the combination you have already prepared.

After about 4-5 minutes, the surface of the omelet should become matte and the lower part should turn red.

Sprinkle with a little oil (1/2 - 1 teaspoon), turn and leave on the stove for another 1-1.5 minutes.

If you use a pan with a diameter of 24 centimeters, you get 4 servings.
