Required products :

  • 150 grams of chickpeas
  • 75 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams of croutons
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour chickpeas with 1 teaspoon of warm water. Leave overnight, during which time the grains will soften and double in size.

Make crispy croutons in the oven or get ready-made. If you decide to bake yourself, you can use any bread and your favorite spices.

Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, heat and pour the chickpeas. Fry it, being careful not to fry it and dry it.
