Required products :

12 fresh chili peppers
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
5 grams allspice
3 cloves
1 teaspoon dried coriander
6 sweet red peppers
500 grams sugar
6 medium apples


Method of preparation :

Wash the apples and peppers, clean them of seeds and tails, then cut into random pieces and mix in a saucepan.

 

Sprinkle with sugar, stir and let stand overnight.

 

During this time, a lot of juice will be released.

Place the pan on the stove and let the combination boil. Then lower the temperature and let it boil for about an hour.

Crush the coriander, cloves and allspice coarsely, pour over the peppers and apples. Leave the mixture on the stove for another 10-15 minutes.

 

Then mash until you get the desired consistency. If you prefer, do not puree, but leave small pieces.

 

Pour in the apple cider vinegar and wait for the jam to cool completely. Then put back on the stove to boil.

Distribute in jars while hot.
