Using a food processor, grind the nuts and dates, distribute them on the bottom of a form with a diameter of 20 centimeters, which you have previously covered with plastic wrap, tamped.
In a blender, beat the bananas together with the vanilla pod, pour the coconut and almond milk, lemon juice, syrup and add the cocoa.
Pour some of the mixture, heat it and dissolve 3 teaspoons of agar in it. Then add the remaining milk-banana mixture to the sweet combination and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the dough with nuts and dates with the liquid and store in the refrigerator.
Two hours later, remove the cake, carefully remove the foil.
Cut the dessert and serve each piece topped with melted chocolate and decorated with almond leaves.
