How To Cook Chocolate Butter Cream For Cakes And Pastries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 120 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 small egg
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 15 grams of cocoa
  • 15 milliliters of ice cold water
  • 5 milliliters of vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Beat the butter.

Add the egg to it, beat very well.

Gradually pour the powdered sugar, stirring thoroughly with the movements from the bottom up.

Dissolve the cocoa in the water, add the vanilla essence and add to the cream.

Mix everything well and the cream is ready. You can use it as intended.
