How To Cook Chocolate Cake With Cottage Cheese And Coconut - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 75 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 35 grams of coconut shavings

For the cream:

  • 30 milliliters of liquid estimate
  • 50 grams of chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Break the chocolate into pieces, cut the butter into cubes and melt them together (it's easiest to use the microwave, it takes 30 seconds). Stir.

Then turn on the appliance for another 30 seconds, stir the mixture again when you remove the container from it. The chocolate must have melted completely. If lumps remain, turn on the microwave for another 15-30 seconds. Allow the combination to cool and work on the coconut layer.

Mash the curd until it turns into a puree. Add 1 egg (if the curd is moist, use only the yolk), 30 grams of sugar and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly and then pour the coconut shavings into the mixture. In case the filling is very thick, add a little sour cream (1 tablespoon), if it is too liquid - a little starch.

It's time to make the chocolate dough.

Kach the cooled chocolate mass add the other two eggs, the other 90 grams of sugar and beat with a mixer. Then pour the flour with baking powder, mix until smooth and thick dough.

Cover the bottom of the detachable cake with greased baking paper. Grease the walls of the dish with oil and sprinkle them evenly with flour.

Pour half of the dough into the form, flatten and distribute the coconut filling from the curd, cover with the remaining chocolate mixture.

Thoroughly level the surface with a spatula and place the dish in the oven (turned on at 170 degrees) for 40 minutes.

Once removed from the oven, allow the cake to cool to warm and in shape, then pass a knife between the marshmallows and the walls of the dish and remove.

Spread the dessert with cream, which you prepared from 30 milliliters of liquid cream and 50 grams of chocolate. First, heat the cream, then add the broken chocolate and stir until smooth.

Sprinkle with coconut shavings and serve.
