Necessary products for 4 servings:

6 eggs

150 grams of sugar

50 grams of cocoa

200 grams of cream (20% fat)

200 grams of chocolate (75%)

20 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

First make the chocolate mixture. To do this, beat the egg whites until foamy, then add half the sugar. In another bowl, beat the yolks with the other half of the sugar and cocoa. Mix them.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper greased with butter, spread the resulting "dough" evenly on it. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees, then cool and cut into 4 equal loaves.

Next is the making of the cream. Bring the cream to a boil and put the pieces of chocolate in it, stir and wait until the chocolate melts. Stir again and you will get chocolate cream.

It's time to shape the cake. Arrange the tops on top of each other, placing cream between them. Leave the cake for 1 hour in the refrigerator, then take it out, cut it and enjoy its great taste!

Enjoy your meal!
