Required products :
250 grams of butter
250 grams of flour
120 grams of brown sugar
2 egg yolks
40 grams of cocoa
40 grams of honey
200 grams of white chocolate
100 grams of crushed walnuts
4 tablespoons cedar nuts
a few pinches of salt
a few pinches of leavening agent
Method of preparation :
Beat the softened butter with the sugar, honey, egg yolks and salt.
Mix the flour with the cocoa and the baking powder. Then combine the butter and dry mixtures, crushed nuts and sliced chocolate.
Knead the dough and form cookies from it, which you arrange in a tray lined with baking paper. Press them to the bottom of the dish with a spoon and place in a preheated 170 degree oven for 15 minutes.
