Learn how to cook "Chocolate cream dessert with milk and walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of chocolate (milk)
400 milliliters of milk
15 grams of gelatin
3 teaspoons of instant coffee
100-150 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
150 grams of walnuts or other nuts of your choice
Method of preparation :
Mix gelatin and 150 milliliters of boiled chilled water and let stand for as long as indicated on the package.
Pour the milk into a suitable container, add the sugar and place the container on the hob.
Heat over low heat, adding the coffee. Heat the mixture until the sweet crystals melt.
Then add the broken chocolate pieces.
Stir.
Put gelatin and heat again until it dissolves completely, but do not allow the combination to boil.
Once the cream is removed from the heat, allow to cool.
Grind the walnuts (or other nuts) with a blender or cut with a knife.
Add the sour cream to the cooled chocolate mass.
Stir.
Followed by walnuts (leave some of them for decoration).
Stir again.
Distribute the dessert in suitable cups or bowls and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Then sprinkle with nuts and serve.
