Learn how to cook "Chocolate cream with mascarpone and condensed milk (for cakes and pastries)". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of dark chocolate
500 grams of mascarpone
10 grams of gelatin leaves
50 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 33%
100 grams of condensed milk
Method of preparation :
Crush the chocolate and melt it in the microwave or water bath, stirring until smooth.
Pour gelatin leaves with cold water for 10 minutes.
Pour the cream into a bowl and place on the stove to heat without allowing it to boil. Remove from the heat and add the drained gelatin.
Pour over the chocolate, mix until smooth, add the condensed milk and mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the mascarpone into a bowl, cream and chocolate on it and use a wire whisk to make a smooth mass.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. During this time, it will thicken.
With it you can beautifully decorate any cake using a pastry syringe.
Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
