Inflate the balloons and tie them tightly. Break the chocolate into pieces, put in a bowl and melt in a water bath. Dip each of the balloons in the chocolate (but not hot) and put in the freezer. Pour the nuts in a blender and grind them. Add powdered sugar, ice cream, beat well and put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove the balloons, cut the tied part with scissors, pour a teaspoon of hot water into the hole and carefully separate the balloon from the chocolate cup. Then fill each delicious dish with the already obtained cold cream, decorate with fruit, sprinkle with coconut shavings, mint leaves and serve.
