Required products (for 4 servings) :

  • 100 grams of milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of bitter chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon light rum
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 200 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 30%
  • walnuts for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Melt the two types of chocolate, add rum and coffee to them.

Beat the yolks with both types of sugar and heat in a water bath to melt the sweet crystals.

Combine the two mixtures, beat, add the cream and beat once more.

Distribute the resulting cream in bowls, cups or suitable molds. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Garnish with walnuts and serve.
